Information for the Conference Participants / Registration Fees

For the participation we kindly request you to return the enclosed registration form to the GDMB Of- fice (P.O. Box 1054, 38668 Clausthal-Zellerfeld, Germany) at the latest by June 9, 2009. “On site” registration is possible for participants, who were unable to submit a registration form prior to June 9, 2009. The confirmation of participation including further information and the receipt for the conference fees will be sent to you in due time. The conference fees include the welcoming reception, the participation in the technical lectures, coffee breaks and one set of the proceedings (except for the holders of student and companion tickets).

The registration fee is to be transferred free of charges to the bank account no. 47647 of the GDMB at Sparkasse Goslar/Harz, bank code 26850001, IBAN: DE 48 2685 0001 0000 047647, S.W.I.F.T.-BIC: NOLA DE 21 GSL, with the remark „EMC 2009 Registration“ and your full name. Payment by credit card is also welcome.

Presenting authors are granted a reduction on the registration fee but are requested to pay their reg- istration fee before April 30, 2009. Without payment of registration fee, the manuscript cannot be incorporated in the Proceedings. If the registration is cancelled before June 9, 2009, a process- ing fee of 25 % of the registration fees will be levied. In case of cancellation after June 9, 2009, the registration fee cannot be refunded. The registration may be transferred to a substitute.

The Organizing Committee has the right to change the course of the programme, especially the sequence of presentation of papers according to the necessities.
