Information for the Conference Participants / Registration Fees
Registration by Mail, E-mail or Fax
If you prefer not to register online, you may use the registration form and send it by mail, e mail or fax to the GDMB Office by June 9, 2011 at the latest. On-site registration is possible for participants, who are unable to submit a registration form prior to June 10, 2011. The confirmation of participation including further information and the receipt for the conference fees will be sent to you in due time.
The registration fee is to be transferred free of charges to the bank account no. 47647 of the GDMB at Sparkasse Goslar/Harz, bank code 268 500 01, IBAN: DE48 2685 0001 0000 0476 47, S.W.I.F.T.-BIC: NOLA DE 21 GSL, with the remark „EMC 2011 Registration“ and your full name. Payment by credit card also is welcome.

Presenting authors (just one presenting author per paper) are granted a reduction on the registration fee but are requested to pay their registration fees before April 30, 2011. Without payment of registration fees, the manuscript cannot be incorporated into the proceedings. If the registration is cancelled before June 9, 2011, a processing fee of 25 % of the registration fees will be levied. In case of cancellation after June 9, 2011, the registration fee cannot be refunded. The registration may be transferred to a substitute.
The conference fees include a permanent ticket for the fairs which can also be used on the local public transport systems (VRR Rhine-Ruhr Regional Transport Network fare zone) within the greater Düsseldorf area, the welcoming reception, the participation in the technical lectures, coffee breaks and one set of the proceedings (except for the holders of student and companion tickets).
The Organizing Committee has the right to change the course of the programme, especially the sequence of presentation of papers according to the necessities.
